SATZEN Z500 HDMI USB PVR

they look 100% the same and sellers in the usa are selling them with the usb gift.

will they still work when picking up the gift patch

No they are probably the same thing badged for the USA market, but you couldn't bring one over here and it work with the Spiderbox gift as you have a key and mac address which is unique to your receiver so it's highly unlikely it'd allow you to connect to the Spiderbox 'gift' server.
