All channels missing?

Hello
I have a standard sky multi room set up but i can't get any channels on the sky box in my bedroom,it just says on all channels "there is a technical fault with this channel please try later",It's has been like that all day.The box downstairs is fine.
I don't have a clue what to do as satellite is new to me.
Any help would be appreciated,Thank you.

sounds like feed into the box from the dish - chek to see if you have any signal strength in your settings. If not, check your connections in case they have come loose.
