A challenge! Can I save Sky to a network?

Hi... am thinking about getting Sky after VM...
Is it possible to subscribe to Sky, get a number of Dreamboxes in my house and then set up machines so that programmes are recorded to my network? I want:

    1. To get get round multiroom subs.
    2. Be able to access recordings from different machines (you can't do this with normal multiroom as programmes are recorded to individual machines.
    3. Be able to record and view with easy to use software (I know with Linux it probabally won't be as functional as Sky+).

      Ok - will Google c/s.

Let's assume I don't want to multiroom and don't need to c/s. I have a Sky subscription but want to save all recordings to a network. What equipment and software would enable me to record to my network and play back any saved recordings.

None, all sky recordings are encrypted and can only be saved to the internal HDD of the receiver..
