Tnt Spanish. In the UK. Whats the best way?

I'm interested in watch the tnt Spanish TV channels in the UK

Last time I looked into this you had to get a expensive official box to decode the channels


Are there any alternatives, I would prefer to have a cam/ card added to my TV without the need of an extra box

Does anyone have any solutions?
