Big Thx and a few questions

First off
Am a newbie member here, but with all the info posted all over the site (if you look you will find)
I started out with a 500c and decided to take the big step cause of the big N3 ball rollin through'
I got my motorised 1M Dish all setup got my 500s all setup and even got a premium CS so got a whole lot more channels than Old V was giving me
So many thanks to all the mods and regular members you made it much easier than it sounds.

Now a question
When is the best time for me to scan the sats for channels?

Any time, the channels dont come and go at times of the day

Lol yh i know that i meant weather wise, and like if doing it at night would be better,
I have added 27 satellites with the help of the satellites.xml loader, my next question
is there a place i can download bouquets for these sat, or is it gonna be a manual procedure,
