    1 dish, 2 recievers?

Currently got a sky mini dish connected to my dm500s but thinking of getting a 2nd box for the other room.

Can i just split the signal or do i need a LNB with two outputs?

Furthermore, if the 2nd box has twin tuners, will i need a LNB with 3 outputs?

its is possible to split the signal but its a very restrictive so id say get yourself a quad lnb for your dish as this will give you the 3 inputs you need and 1 for spare. you can pick a s*y mini-dish lnb on e**y for about ?6 but make sure its one made for the eliptical mini-dish and not a standard dish. regards mdt

Cheers, so a twin tuner does need 2 lnb outputs?

Have you got a link for the correct lnb for my dish as i dont want to purchase the wrong one.

your best bet would be to replace the sky dish with a standard 80cm dish and quad lnb any sat dealer will have those in stock.
