Grundig sky Box channels help

I have an old Sky Box from a pal which I am using to pick up free channels (not free sat) but just the random free channels you get through a normal sky dish on a block of flats.

Problem is the box has about 1500 channels which only about 200 or 300 actually work.

is there anyway to get the channel menu set up on the box to show the available channels only?

Delete the encrypted channels mate. Its possible but cant Give instructions at the moment.

Yeah I had a look in there before I posted matey. Nothing in it about the channel problem I have.
