hi folks the problem i have is the tv in the bedroom was tuned into sky but now every time i switch it on i have to re-tune it again . can some one tell me why it keeps doing this please

Probably due to a defective capacitor inside the TV...Or if there is one fitted, the battery could be knakkered....so as long as you are actually tuning in the TV correctly, and also then saving it ok, there in nothing you can do unless you are good with a soldering iron...

what tv is it? does the t,v go back to bbc1? when you say re tune do you mean you need to press av button? or search for all the channels? are you using any sky/settop box? or just a aerial?
if its a samsung let me know model and age.
