DC Receivers

has anyone had any probs with DC recievers ?. i bought 2 and one went tits up after a few days.
i shipped it back with the the returns info and they signed for it but i havnt recieved anything back.
they said they will mail but nothing has arrived.its been over two weeks since they got it back.
