problem with hellas sat2

Hi all, I have 1m dish and a technomate5400ci my problem is that when I scan hellas sat2 39e I am not able to pick up the packages of POLARIS (I am just getting ready for the new football season with the Arena sport channels). All the rest is ok I can get hbo's and other with a fairly good quality(75-80%), but the box seem not to be able to get the frequency 11104V of the polaris package. Any idea what s going on?many thanks

Try from menu manual scan. Polaris is not included in satellites.xml. Set up for this provider is 11105 V 15000 2/3

Thanks mate, I have done it and the box pick up the channels that I wanted the only problem is that they are very weak, about 45% when other channels(hbo for example) is over 75%, how could it be possible?many thanks
