Beware getting Sky Sports 1 and 2 with BT

For all you Sports fans who are thinking of getting Sky sports 1 and 2 with BT please be aware that Sky are being a bit crafty with a few programmes.

Soccer Saturday with Jeff Stelling used to be broadcast on SKY Sports 1 simultaneously with Sky sports news. I think this is the best football information programme on a Saturday. This programme will now be only shown on Sky sports news.
Also for any golf fans out there the golf is now always on Sky sports 3.

PS: Sky sports news is being pulled from freeview in August

Also International Football Especially for Wales, Scotland & Ireland are likley to be pushed out to Sky Sports 3 & 4 as thesee to are not subjected to the conditions of offcoms ruling along with repeated (Box Office) WWE Events or other Sports Sky source and pay a premium for themselves such as Boxing, super-League etc.

Offcom's ruling was relating to the open souce for companys like BT to avail of Sky Sport 1 & 2 specific to Premiership Fotball and not relating to other top Sporting events Sky Pay to broadcast or Sky's outside broadcasting untits broadcast for BskyB.

We can expect less and less from Sky Sports One & Two over the coming months with much top content been moved to Sky Sport 3 and 4 .

I did notice the emirates cup the other day on sky sports 3 and HD.

I bet the cricket will go on Sky Sports 3 and 4 when the footy is on.

I can't blame sky though I would do the same.

        Oh dear
You poor BT vision customers who have subscribed to Sky sports 1 and 2 and are footy fans.
        1. Championship game tonight on Sky sports 3
        2. Carling cup this week on Sky sports 3

Do you think Sky might be extracting the urine ?

Yeah but one must admit, the whole situation has diluted two of the top Sports Channels covering the Majority of UK sports.

I think Sky will have to re-brand these Channels into something else, and regroup Sky Sports 3 & 4 as there Top Channels for all other sports, I for one very rarely when Zapping look in on SS 3 & 4.

And if Sky are going to fill Sky Sorts 1 & 2 with crap when there is no football, then those channels can not be classed as premium Sports Channels any more.
