one dish and 2 LNBs

A friend of mine wants to have one dish and 2 LNBs (13E & 28E) installed, he lives in a flat and the dish he can have it installed can be maximum 45cm so he asked a sat. installer to install it but the sat. guy told him he can have only 1 LNB on this size of dish and if he wanted 2 LNBs he needs to go for 85cm dish. Is this true? is it because of the small size of the dish he can only have 1 LNB? I never had this small size of dish before so I couldn't help him.

Any answer is appreciatd.

where is your mate located? as dish is to small get 13e maybe get it with a 60cm but weather will cause a problem, and even then you will need a 80cm to get all channels.your loctaion is a big factor tho

Sheffiled, he can't have a dish bigger than 45cm, landlord won't allow. Only I want to know can he have 2 LNBs with 45cm dish?

not possible on that size dish m8...if dish size is the only prob..he could ask to put up 2 zone 1,s one on each sat..
ps i could supply him the dishes,both with quads for 15quid each....i,m only down the road
