channel 105

Hi,
i've just been given a sky + hd box and set it up, the problem is channel 105 is missing from the tv guide, is there any way to add it to the list.
i've already added it in other channels but would like to see it on the guide if possible.
i'm not a subscriber to sky on this box, but it has a viewing card in it, cancelled by previous owner, and it isn't connected to a phone line

IIRC, YOU MAY NEED A FREESSAT CARD to get ch 5 there ?20

Is it an old blue with yellow house card or one of the 'new' white ones?

If its a white card, even an ex-sub card will give you C5 plus the few other FTV channels, but if the Sky box has been off for a while the card may have missed its entitlement updates, though it should update itself.

If it's an old blue card, these have all now been deactivated. So you'll either have to put up with watching C5 via other channels or pay Sky ?20 for a new white 'Freesat from Sky card'
