if you paid by visa debit they have chargeback which they debit the merchants( ie cardmania) bank for the sum involved but you can not do anything till 30 days have lapsed from the date of order same as the refund he can hold on to it for 30 days Email with a deadline but do not cancel till you have spoken to your card issuer When I phoned visa and told them I had cancelled they said they could not raise a dispute and I should have waited for the 30 days to pass but when I told them I had an email from him saying that he had accepted my cancellation and given my visa a refund but I still had not received it they then said they could help me after the 30 days

Communicate through email ask him to be straight with you if he has trouble sourcing your order

The best advice would be to stay well clear of him and use someone recomended by other members and not this fool

as you say in his favour peeps eventually get money back but why go through the hassle in first place

Jpr hope you get it soon mate but trust me on this dont listen to him with its been dispatched. If it has get a tracking number and you can follow it - he even tried to give me a false one at first.

The dish is a great price but i wouldnt touch them again in all honesty rather pay a little more with a reliable trader.

I agree with above, the guy is a clown and lot of hassle. Bought few dm500 and some accessories and took over 8 weeks to arrive, when it suppose to be 3 day service. Oh some of the accessories were missing, but I just couldnt be asked any more with him.

Very hard to get hold of him, when you get lucky he is full of shyte excuses....

As every day goes by i am cracking up more as the dish has still not arrived. This is the longest ive been without been able to view more than sky tv(which there is notting on) I miss not having my motorized system to mess around with. If i dont get it in the next few days i'm looking for my money back, it's 4 four weeks this thursday since i ordered the 1m gibertini and it does'nt take that long for it to ship from the uk to ireland, unless he is walking over with it.

It's 5 weeks today since i ordered the dish. I emailed them again last week and got a reply monday, saying they will look into were it went, and still not heard back. I got in conntact with 3v pre pay credit card and told them my situation and they sent me a form to fill in. I then sent one last email to cardmania stating that ill be loking to have my money back if it does not arrive by the end of the week. Never again will i buy from these fools, i really dont know how they are in buisness.

He told me that many lies and never answered a phone when I dealt with him that at the end I came to the conclusion that he was just playing a game with me and taking the proverbial so I gathered as much info as i could about him even found his facebook page ***link removed***

He first said the dish was sent out, then he said he was sorry i didi not recieve it and that i would get it by 2nd of september, still not here.
Now he said he had to order the dish again and would send me details asap.
I am really pissed off with this *****, 6 weeks of waiting.
I feel like asking him for my money back, but i know that wont happen, I'll give it another few days and then i will go through visa.

i always find ebay spot on for dish stuff, cos the seller knows paypal WILL refund the buyer if not happy. so you get your gear no probs.
