Hi All,
Wondering if any fellow members are having problems in obtaining refunds from Bubble Supplies. We have being promised
a refund for months now but all false promises.

We paid using our Visa business card.

Then instigate a chargeback, contact visa.

Sound,
I was attempting to give them some grace. Also considering that
we spent about 1500 euro with these people over the last 18 months I thought that they would conduct business in an honourable way. Am in correspondance with Visa at the moment.

I will keep all informed of the outcome. A friend had a similar experience recently after purchasing some viewing cards which were not enabeled. Finally after contacting them (foreign language) he was informed that they had no intension of switching on the cards. It appeared to be a scam. However after some negative posts started to appear on a similar site about the same company the issue was resolved. These type of companys get all the legitimate traders on the net a bad name.
We need to highlight them all.
