ITV on Sky box

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can buy a card that will enable me to view ITV on a Sky box, i think i need a white card as i have a blue house one and it's no longer working

Just ring sky up and ask them for a freesat card i think costs around ?20.Thats what i have in my kids bedroom to watch.

Itv is free to air you d'nt need a card at all m8

Are u sure you put in the right freq. in the add channels menu
For Itv HD if u have a Hd box 11.428 H 27.497 and for
Itv Londen 10.758 V 22.000 and if u want a different region
google for the right frequenties

yes all itv channels are free as are bbc ch4/e4/more4 /film4and channel 5 no card is required . if your in the uk itv should be on sky channel 103 but you will have to tune in any regional versions ,here is a list of channels and frequencies so you know you have the correct frequencies.

Thats not strictly true, ITV had a major reshuffle when ITV1 HD was officially launched on its own EPG slot, and as a result a whole load of ITV1 sd micro/sub regions ended up going FTV(encrypted) so require a viewing card to receive them...

Remove your old blue card, and reboot/power down the Sky box, this will de-regionalise the box and should default to/put one of the FTA ITV regions on the 103 epg slot...

Or manually add 1 of the FTA regions and view via 'other channels' . SEE http://en.kingofsat.net/find.php?que...1&standard=All the channels listed in white are FTA, the ones in pink are FTV(encrypted) so avoid them.

you cant get rte and tv3 channels free on the sky satellite ,they are only available with an irish sky subscription.but all uk channels bbc/itv/ch4/ch5 are free.
