I see That s**italia are now putting veiwing card numbers on the top r/h corner of screen during games
it looks like Uncle Rupert is determined to force the licensed trade in this country to pay most of their profits to him
He kmows that he cant stop pubs using eu cards till the european case is sorted and as all cards in pubs are italian domestic ones he can legally switch them off as they contravene the terms and conditions
There will be a lot of pubs in the uk with bits of tape stuck on top r/h corner of screen

I am very surprised Sky Italia actually even adopt new methods to slow down the groth of Piracy in different forms, when they are been seriously squeezed out of Italy's Pay Per View Market by Silvio Berlusconi Tv network Mediaset who have there eyes set on bringing Down Murdoch's Sky Italia .

Mediaset?s have put the clamps on Sky Italia who have cheaper packages and include Serie A on there digital terrestrial platform with Sky Italia only have the more expencive satellite subscription rights to Serie A.

Berlusconi has doubled the rate of VAT on pay TV, implemented restrictions on advertising and banned the broadcasting of adult material in daytime, all these measures hit Sky much harder than Mediaset content, So I think Sky Itaila have bigger problems than C/S or pirated services to be worried about.

Have read a post that a satellite company has been doing tests and found that a sky italia card will open in some technomate receivers with a software upgrade anybody any info on this as it would solve the card number problem for me

If it's on in a pub and MPS/FACT guys etc enter the pub and see viewing card number they will have sub turned off.
