no channels

anybody have any ideas why i cant receive bb2, cbeebies and a few other channels ?
i have used sgt flipflops channels bouquets and have checked the frequencys and all is ok. i have scanned the sat a few times aswell but something.....nothing. i have even reflashed it to pli and no joy ?
any help would be great cause i am pulling my hair out

Manually scan those TP's, if it's just all Horizontal or all Vertical transponders then it's a lnb issue.
Mkae sure all f connectors are correctly fitted and dish is aligned correct.

hi manic i have manually scanned the tp for bb2, cbeebies ect and nothing. them channels get a bit fuzzy in rain to. i bought a mtre dish motor ect in a pack so dont know if the lnb is anygood but would that be the prob ?? i also cant get my local itv ?

think it might have been a darkstar package off ebay ?
also i have heard the tuners in the dm800hd are not great. could that have something to do with it ??

Dish is not aligned correctly is probably the reason.

i thought about the dish alignment but all the other channels are ok and it is motorized and have no probs picking up other sat

You should delete the tp and re enter it again sometimes this method can work.
