    VU+ The Gemini2 Projekt 4.70

Does anyone know if the image The Gemini2 Projekt 4.70 DM8000 will work on the VU+ Duo?

No, could probably be made to run in multiboot but it's not stable and really not worth bothing trying... Stick with the images that are made for the DUO itself and you'll get on far better

Thanks for the info. The reason behind why I wanted that set-up is a site said that's what it supports when it comes cs. I've tried quite a few images and versions of cc**m but the pictures still break-up. Of course it could be the supplier, but I thought I would try all the different combinations to see if I could get to the bottom of it. I will find 2.1.11 and see how that fairs on VTi (i've tried 2.14, but not much luck).

CCcam upto latest version 2.1.4 has been tested and working great with VTI, PLi, Dream-Elite and even original image (once you added manually) so most likely is your provider from what you describe, rulling out issues with your network and/or internet connection... Think that's about as far as we can go though on this sort of topic, forum rules and all

Thanks again for the info. Didn't realise Cccam would work on the original image. Checked the internet connection and that's fine. I was starting to doubt the Vu+ Duo box and thought Dream was the only answer. I will try a new supply and see what happens. Thanks again.

similar problem also but i have narrowed it down to broadband as even the laptop struggles and phone goes off as all are wireless, running cat 5 around to see if it fixes it.
