    can i run two fta sky boxes from a single lnb input

    hi im looking to setup two fta sky boxes in the house and maybe more if i can get them in the future

    can i run them off one lnb or do i need to use more ports on the quad lnb
    have a splitter was wondering if i can just connect them
    save me drilling more hole for wires

    the 3 way splitter has 3 outputs and a input with 3 fach verteiler wrote on it

    If you sue single LNB you will have to watch the same channel on both boxes at the same time or the channels on the same polarity ( H or V), splitter won't help. You really need quad lnb for to be able to watch any channel at any time on any box.

        if you use a single lnb you can only watch channels with the same polarity and same LO frequency... you need a four outputs lnb (V; H; LO=9750 MHz ; LO=10600 MHz) connected to a swich with so many outputs as the receiver you intend to connect... you don't need to make extra holes as you need to install all the stuff in the proximity of the antenna...
