Picture and sound alignment-two satellites

Hi Guys. My sound on 28E (radio Scotland-sportsound) lags my football viewing on Badr 26E. How can I align the two?

Think I read that there was a wee program to fix this?

last year I bought a Roberts delay digital radio from fleabay for ?30 plugged phono plugs into the line out jack into stereo And used radio scotland for SPL on Polsat
You can set the delay button for the required delay which was 9 seconds for polsat

However your radio broadcasts are terrestrial.

I am listening from outside the UK via Astra 2 on 28E.

The games are being played on Badr at 26E.

The Badr picture is about 4 seconds ahead of the Astra 2 sound.

How do I sync these two signals?

if it was the other way round and astra was four seconds ahead a sky+ receiver would sort it out
