i load patch and softcam in to technomate mate 5400ci but still does not open 39 east

Make sure you are using the latest patch and softcam for your receiver.

Load the patch first then the softcam.

I have a 5400ci super and all the irdeto channels on 39E are open with the latest patch and softcam. The bulcrypt only channels will not clear.

One of the transponder signals has been fluctuating the last few days, so make sure you pick one of the stronger to test. e.g. 12524 H SR 30000 FEC 7/8

Latest patch for non super 5000 series( make sure that your receiver is the non super version):

Load patch first then sofcam into the receiver. Use choose "key upload", for the softcam.
