trees in the line of sight

    Hi

I was wondering if anybody has any info on the rules and regulation of tree on private land blocking the line of sight.

Can this argument be used in the land of the courts to get the trees cut down a bit.

I have a line of tree's that are at least 50ft tall and are 100meters in both directions, I paid for the bt phone line, cancelled virgin and low and behold, I cant have sky.

some help would be helpful. Freeview is pants.

There are no height laws at all on deciduous trees however if they are conifers/ evergreen trees then you could consider the new High Hedge Law

Dark of night, battery drill and 5-10mm drill bit, litre of diesel!
What you do with these items is entirely up to yourself!!!

Drill down at slight angle for best results!!!
