can t go to 62e intelsat 902

Hi, a few months ago I have installed my motorized satellite dish(1m) and I had all the channels that I wanted on the major satellites (from 39e to 30w).....today I have been play a bit with it and try to scan less important birds and I found out that I am not able to scan satelites over 42e. When I press go to 62e the box tell me that is saving settings and stop nothing happen dish doesn t move.
Any idea please.... have noticed from liveonsat that on "irantv" show italian football free to air.

u didnt set hardware or software limits did u

No I didn t, or better I don t have any limits on the motor menu in the box. I don t know how to check for software limits(mine is only a simple technomate 5400 with a diablo2 in). I haven t got a clue.

You wont get iram tv amyway. Not possible.
Menu-motor settings-limits-off/on-exit save.
