have read there is voltage problems with internal card reader on dm's so an external card reader is needed???

wont get a chance to test this out for few days but i will keep thread updated, anyone else with any info for me is very much appreciated

when you got your card you should have either had a sky it receiver with it or the recievers boxkey number the card was paired to put boxkey in your cccam.cfg file so cccam can read the card.

and voltage problem better to run nds cards in a external card reader such as a smart go as dreams seem to cook the cards

I've got full skyuk HD and i prefer to use my dreambox 8000 than genuine sky box cant stream movies from pc or mount pc dvd drive to play dvd's on genuine box

genuine boxes only good for epg to me

if you have a DM800 why not just put the card in that with your Sky UK one.???

EDIT - .. you're not the OP.. opps

hope you didnt get chance to test this yet because if you followed the advice on this thread you probably fried your card in about ten seconds.
to run the sky it card in db you need to read it in oscam or newcs before starting cccam(as cccam will take the slot first unless its in an external reader)either ways cccam will not read this card.

Just to add, if using a sky it box the card does not need pairing either.
