cable to satellite set up

Hi all looking for some info, looking to get into satellite have been told i need a 1m dish motorised, can anybody point me in the right direction as to what i need 4 a complete set up and approx cost?

google sat dealers you will need dish,lnb,mount,cable,f-plugs,motor.stb(this will depend on what you want to do)+a lot of patience

there is no such thing as a best box it depends what you want from it whats best for you. if you check out various sat dealers you will get the prices from them. a 1mt dish will be fine in the uk for the most used sats.

What channels are you looking to get? A 1metre dish is pretty big and no doubt expensive!

I've made the jump from cable to sat, and must say, never am i going back to cable, the mrs can keep her V+

About how much would that cost Cunny and do you need anything else like a viewing card etc.

The box is approx ?150 from china, the rest would depend on if you or someone else would instal it, size dish ect
