hi i was just wondering why i can get this frequency on 16e 11658
H 27900 but i cannot get this 1 10758 v 27500

16e had problems earlier this year so if you set it at 15.8e you may solve your problem as the tp you seek may be a weak one.

ok will i have more chance in october because i hear 16e were getting a new satellite

Well there`s no harm in waiting as there are plenty more sats up there in the meantime. I`m not sure but the new one should certainly help matters.
