It really pi**es me off when Sly do this - I have been with them for years and I have got bugger all off them. Last December I signed up for HD at an extra ?10 per month and then in January they were offering everyone free HD and no ?10/month! I'll try and play hardball with them come December when my 12 month HD period is up, but the truth is I wouldnt do without the TV!!

Fair comment mate. I would probably feel the same. There is no reward for loyalty now, only how many new customers can we get. Hopefully you will get a good deal when you threaten to pull the plug ?

Sky will have new discount codes available from early october (for the run up to christmas) for half price hd for 12months and free box and installation, i know somebody who works in a call centre they say the offers are on their system but not live yet.

Just ordered mine ?25.50 for the first 12 months and then reverts back to ?61.00 you get every channel except ESPN and the full HD package which is normally ?10 per month, movies 1&2 and all sky sports, free in stallation with a HD+ box, now thats good value to me, so they are coming to fit it 11 october, roll on the good time and R.I,P my DBox 2....chuck

sounds good but after 12 month are you obliged to keep and pay full price ? if so scary also there bb isnt as good as virgin right ...,,,,still brilliant offer and am tempted aggggaaaiin....but smallprint

12 month sub only, you dont have to take the broadband, virgin broadband is the business

No you are not tied for any longer than 12months, what you do is one month from the end of your 12
months contract cancel your subscription, then look for another half price code for the next year and put it into another family members name,sly is not to bothered as you are not taking the piss big style and they would sooner have a decent income rather than everyone C.S....chuck
