    does anyone know if it's one code per order? i also ordered on the original code yesterday and the order went through and i have yet to hear from sky that there is any problem with processing the order.

      I used this offer when it was on in the summer, and if I remember correctly you wont get a confirmation email until it has been installed.
      I presume you got an installation date when you placed your order.

          i got a confirmation email and an account number, and they've processed my 39 quid one off payment for phone line installation, and given me an installation date!! can i rest easy or are they likely to ring me up and say the code's already been used.

          p.s. many thanks to tosh for the original code, hope it works!!

            i also used this code this morning and added multiroom for an extra ?5.00 so i will get all channels in hd for ?30 pm. Is being installed Monday so fingers crossed.

              there's been no problems with mine, about a month after it was installed I got a phone call from customer services asking if I was happy with the package, I said yes, but I wasn't getting the sky magazine, I am now.

                i'm sure there wont be any problems with the system when it's fitted, it was more the promotional code i was concerned about being used more than once and sky not processing my order.

                    yes mate it said your Sky order is now complete and your customer account number is *****. Your Sky TV set up is booked for the 9th October. A welcome pack will be arriving in the next few days.
                    Can they still pull the plug at this stage???

                      ok i finally did it could not resist iwas paying?45 to virgin with no tv,well just fta,unlimited landline calls,10mgeg bb,nothing else though..

                      ..now got same phone package,broadband which wont be as good as virgin,but i got full sky+ hd box,hd package,+ multi..all coming out at ?55.....

                      ps: how long does it take/ or when should i cancel virgin etc... thnx micky

Pls someone pm me a new one then I can get my order through ...... Thnx micky

                              Had sky installed in June and whilst they do provide a decent quality service the tv thats on offer is hopeless. The football is all I will watch regularly with the odd documentary thrown in. I certainly wont pay full whack when the year runs out just dont think its worth it.

                              I dont think I ever watched a film on sky or before that on cable in my many years of free viewing. All available via other means long before they hit the screens here.

                              The free hd box is decent though.

                                gave the code to brother in law last night he registered, got email today saying order had been received but not processed, phone calll from sky saying code no longer in use and under investigation because of the amount of people who had registered it.
