Aljazeera card ?

Just a quick question do you need a viaccess cam to activate a Aljazeera card or will it activate in a dreambox and if so which emu will read / activate the card ?

No, I don't think that you need a Viacess Cam in a dreambox to read a jsc card. I think you can read it on ccam without the need for a cam.
