    Thinking of a motorised dish

    Hi Guys
dont know if any of you will be able to help me with this.

Weighing up whether to get myself a motorised dish, but scared of taking the plunge, in case of losing loads of channels I currently watch.

I am not a sport fan , so the sport side of it, doesnt interest me in the slightest.

I watch a lot of car documentaries and love movies.
The kids watch all the usual kids rubbish, disney, nick etc
and wifey watches Living and all the usual ladies sort of stuff.

So without paying a subscription, am I likely to get these channels in a different varient.

I am in manchester, (if that helps with knowing what satellites I will pick up). Also would I need to go over a metre for the dish, (just thinking about potential neighbour wars).

Any info or links you could help me with, would really be appreciated.

A 1mt motorised dish with a clear view of the southern skies will pick up all the main satellites between 42East and 30West.
the actual channels you will get will depend on the type of box you buy and how its set up.You will not get any sky uk channels
    without paying.
