I am totally novice, I have technomate 500 box, how do I set this satellite up to watch this. I will really appreciate your step by step help thanks in advance.

Zaf if its a motorised dish you have just drive the motor to 19.2e and assuming you have a channel list go to ARD DAS ERSTE and thats it. If you dont have a channel list just scan satellite and it will pick it up ok.

If your on a fixed dish then you will obviously need to move the dish to get a fix on 19.2 - then same as above.

Bugaloo41 thanks for your prompt answer mate, I have just fix dish, it means I will not be able to watch it...damn...I was hoping to see it....

Is there any other satellite I can choose and scan channels, any possibility of getting those channels?

Most of the uk you might get on a 60cm dish,never tryed a zone 2 dish.Zone 1 i would say no chance.

Channel on 19east mate so no @ 28 east.

If you are Astra at 28.2 . Standing behind the dish, it needs to be moved 28.2 -19.2 = 9 degrees to your right. If you had a protractor and marked the angle of 9 degrees on say a A4 paper. Point left part on the dish to 28.2 and the other is where the dish should be, for 19.2. But without using the right equitment it is very hard to tune it spot on. A small dish like 60 cm would probable need to to be spot on to receive a good picture. A dish over say 80cm, you could get away with moving the LNB, if you could fix it in that position.
