What internet services are Forum members using?

Hi Just curious as to what reliable and safe internet services are being used by members of this forum to access CS and other services?
Is anyone using a VPN service?
I'm finding that 3g internet dongles are unstable and can cause 'glitching' on cable and Satellite channels.
What are the safe and reliable methods apart from the obvious.
