hi need help with skew

im helping a friend put his dish up and it says on dishpointer.com that his skew has to be
LNB Skew [?]: -11.6?





so can someone tell me if im standing behind the dish which way have i to turn the lnb and by how many mil please

Hello m8.That is mining anticlockwise in front of dish.

It tells you on the dishpointer site! "When standing behind the dish, rotate the LNB in the indicated direction"

If you have difficulty in setting the skew at -11.6 deg. just get your mate to watch the channel until the best reception is received.
If you have the on-screen meter then all the better.

for LNBs with a scale marked each section = 2.5 degrees approx.
