    3 LNB's on 1 dish

I have a new receiver that is not compatible with my old Nokia SatScan motor. I have decided to put 3 LNB's on my dish pointing to Hotbird 13, Astra 19.2 and 28.2. Currently my oval shaped 90 cm Triax dish is still mounted on the motor shaft and slightly leaning from the vertical. The two questions I have are these:
    1. Will this oval shaped dish be suitable?
    2. I do not believe there is any vertical adjustment on the dish. In case I take it of the motor and put it on a vertical pole it will be dead straight. Would this be OK or should I leave the dish on the motor shaft?
    Many thanks

your dish would be ok and would have had an elevation adjustment on it as this would have been needed to tune the dish in originally, triax dishes have the dish sliding round a clamp.not the usual pivot.you will have to get an appropriate bracket for your 3 lnbs.put the 19.2E lnb in the middle and tune this in 1st.then mount the 13E lnb when looking at the front of the dish on the right of the 19.2E lnb and the 28.2E lnb to the left of it.and adjust them to get max signal.
but why not just change the motor for a new one?by the time you have finished with buying lnbs, brackets, diseqc switch, cable, etc;it wont be much if any dearer.and you will get all the help you need from the forum.

Thanks you answered my question. I just leave the dish on the old SatScan motor. The reason for not renewing the motor is that I only want those 3 satellites and in the past I found it a bit annoying every time the dish had to move. This should make zapping from one satellite to another much quicker. Got all the bracktry and LNB's so let's see if I can get it to work.

I would still remove the motor if I was you it will make a much tidier job and be less weight on your pole, but you will have to re-align everthing.
