Can I watch (with new patch and softcam for Bulsat)HD channels on 39'E ?I think they have transponder only Hd channels.

as I said yes the transponder for HD channels on 39E(bulsat) is 11.012V 30,000 modulation DVB-S2 8PSK code rate 3/4 pilot off.
