DVB-S and HD DVB-T combo box

Hi all, hopefully someone out here is more knowledgeable than me. I currently have a set top box that is also a standard definition terrestrial tuner as well. I am looking for a box that will allow me to use my satelite provider here in Australia with their Irdeto card as well as tune in to all the free to air terestrial stations in high definition. In Australia most new digital channels are only available in HD.The box is at my parents house who are in their 80's and they can't seem to get the hang of having to go to a different AVI or HDMI to view those channels if I add a seperate HD set top box, hence that is why I am looking for a combo box like the one they have now but with HD capabilities. Thank you.
