single lnb advice

i have a 1m orbital dish with a single lnb i have just bought 3 secondhand boxes from a pub that was shutting down they were running al jazeera card and tring card when i put them onto my dish all i get is no signal one is a technomate a humax and a mvision i know not great boxes but cards were a bargain.i am putting these onto my dish separetly and no signal on all boxes dish is fine it is still moving what should the dish lnb be on different options or is this something else bought boxes from skegness i live in middlesbrough help needed thanks brian. confused

are you getting the FTA channels ok on 13East and 16E with your original box? and if using usals have you changed the long and lat on the boxes you bought to the same as your original box.

can anyone help my latitude is 55.5524 degrees and longitude is -1.26292 degrees can someone round these numbers up as they wont fit in and i dont know it needs to know after inserting the degrees, north, south, east, west, i live in middlesbrough cheers

try these m8 55.55n/01.26w or 55.5n/1.2w. also if you just want to test the recievers then switch the motor control off in the menu,s and then test on 13east or 16east as single fixed satellites. regards mdt

moveing the dish to the sat you want then put feed direct into one of the other box,s.

{if you only use the loop out from your own box to the other box,s you need to power off as it has control of the lnb}
