    Buying dreambox's

    Hi all
Has anybody bought receivers from "hdtvdreambox" in China?
Prices seem too good! (dm500s 39 euros, dm800HD 137 euros etc)
PS.. No i don't work for them!
    Cheers.

Just checked and it is a Dreambox DM800 HD (Rev M Tuner) (Satellite) which they worked it out to be ?118.25 Fee: ?4.97
      Grand Total: ?123.22 p&p DHL ?22.97

So that is not bad a price but don't no about the company but the reviews seem ok to me.

ITgate TGM220 (swapable tuner), Dreambox 800 pro, Dreambox 500c x 2, DBox, Popbox media player.

ya will get caught with customs to so ya may add on that to the cost there clamping down big time

there was one on ebay the other day with a 250 gig hard drive for 170

or here is a cheap one including postage and packing for 138 pound DealExtreme: $213.81 Dream Box DM800HD PVR DVB-S2 Standalone Linux Digital Satellite Receiver Box

as its china (and people have had issues buying from there) you should do a check around the net on the various forums to see if any one has had an issue with that company. its best to safe rather than sorry ,also as daithi says you may be caught for extra money from the customs but that added to the ?137 is still reasonable i suppose.
i love it when a dreambox comes together.
