starview 7 with sky???

hi there is it possible to use starview 7 box with sky??? i dont mean sky channels i mean the setup? as i do not have cable in my area!!!

my budget is roughly ?100, i'm sending my sv7 back as i cant use that one and gonna try to get one for similar price!!

there will be extras to add on also,i presume you have a skydish lnb and cables down to tv,you will have to google card
sharing as we cannot talk about it on here.just be aware there is more involved in sat

ok just googled it and i'm completely baffled!!!! please can someone tell me the best box to get for ?100 ish and how to set it up!!!
