Hello, I am having a problem configuring my brothers spiderbox hd9900. H
Have D/L latest 9900 patch + Softcam, Loaded to 9900 patch. Cannot find the key edits. Opened accessories> Network tried entering 1111, nothing appeared to happen,
switched network ON. Checked IP adreesses all had loaded except DNS2 which probably doesnt matter.
Couldnt find the place to register Ethernet.
I have tried it several times after doing factory reset, loading the patch again then a 2nd Factory reset then going into menu>network everything stays the same.
Am I doing something wrong somewhere.
Hoping for a speedy reply.

after patching it with the march 2012 patch , highlight but do not press ok on network in accessory below usb, now press 1111 and Key Edit should appear over network

the ethernet gift is now dead so wont work when you are in ethernet settings

If i use this patch will that sort my Spiderbox as its gone all blank because had it reset ??

check the date in system info, if its march 2012 then its fine, if not patch it with the march 2012 file

then load a recent spiderbox channel list in like mine or billybits and set your usals if its a usals motor

Going to patch my 7000hd to the March 2012 Patch. If I'm not using a motorised dish and using just a sub do i skip the USALS part?


My current issues im getting is when watching the sub channels they come fine and then scramble and a reset of the box or a short period brings the channel back.

FTA channels appear to run fine.

Am I right in patching the box to fix this issue? Im currently patched up to Nov 2011

yes mate the march 2012 patch will work as it fixed my box that had the same problem.

Cheers took the plunge last night and went for it.

Not had chance to watch much of the sub channels but will see how it goes.
