What system to buy.

I know this has be discussed in the past many times. And after reading advice Im still not sure as to box to buy.
Have been to a local shop and was quoted almost ?800 for a spiderbox with a motorised dish.
I know i can get the Spiderbox cheaper but unsure about the "gift" and how long this will last. Im interested in a HD box using CS.
As im new to the world of Satellite systems any advice would be of a great help.

as your new to this l would order a motor disc setup off ebay and get a dm500 to start u off . dont worry about hd yet . its like a hobby m8 u upgrade if u get me

spiderbox dont have sky channels do they ?

once the dish is installed and the box is up and running the next thing that would be ideal is an internet connection for the box as this would open up another level to you but id concentrate on get the dish,motor and box up 1st

Just a quick update.
I have the dm500 up and running connected to a Sly dish just waiting till payday to get a motorised dish.

And untill you get a card to 'share' you wont be getting anything else I would of thought except bulsat 39e and arqiva 5e and some odd biss channels.
