    Cheapest Satellite route

    Hi
What would be the cheapest satellite route to buy?

i want to start with my existing sky dish, what sort of equipment will i need and how much will it cost?

Then I'll probably upgrade in 6mth time to maybe a motorised dish.

    Thanks

it really depends what you want in the end, both std and linux boxes can be bought for under ?100 and you wont need any other equipment to start with. and if you set them up on your present dish it will be that much easier when you motorise but of course initially your resricted to the FTA channels on 28.2E.
I"v sent aset up guide for std technomates but others will be similar.

dreambox 500s a good starter, if you want more than fta, total cost would be no more than ?150 for all you will need for a year.

yes it is you can get a complete motorised 80cm dish pack for ?99 which will include everthing you need. and still leave you ?100 for a stb.or you can get a complete package with std box for under ?200.
