Its a lesson to all, before you buy any boxes do your research.Hope it all comes good for you m8 but in future use your credit card.

Go to the premises,,, if you get no joy, take him to your local small claims court. If you win and you dont get your money back, you can enter his premises lawfully and take your money in goods - how good would that feel.

Still worth going to court if you get no joy of the prat... Serve him with a warrant.

i have spoken to my bank mate and they advise me to call police in so i am thinking to talk to him again last time then i will involve police and let them deal with him.

A good thing to do, although the police will be very reluctant to get involved (I reckon). In the meantime write a letter, send it recorded delivery and demand your money back within 28 days then - state your reasons, that you have not received your goods and there has been no communication from the store although you have tried no several occasions - list the occasions and promises he has made.

If after 28 days you have received no official communication then start proceedings in the small claims court. Its really easy and there are packs that you can download to help you complete the forms.

In my opinion this is really the best option.

i am copying all the chat he is having with me over the msn and skype as record so he can not deny.also i have already booked a time with solister to discusse what happend so i d,nt care what will be the result,if he got this habbits then he choose wrong person this time.and be honest with you its not a matter of money its the matter of his attitude.

like all the lads have said use your credit card or better still paypal . thanks for the heads up let this be a lesson to us but more epically sellers word of mouth is a really powerfull thing , best of luck m8

hello guys , i received a parcel today from satronics with a apologies letter with the stuff i asked, he claimed that he has some issues with delivery set ups, but most important thing for me is i have my stuff.so i like to thanks him even though i was upset the way things was

Theres loads of threads on different forums about Satronics. Dont buy from there...The website lists items in stock when they are not..

Emails and phonecalls are not answered. If you pay from the website you can complain to Moneybookers and request a refund. Im surprised they havent blacklisted his account yet...with the amount of complaints he must get..

Been at it for months if not years..I think he used to trade under supersatbox or something similar.

Not trustworty or relaible...will constantly tell lies about the status of orders and try to fob customers off.

I would not buy anything friom this scammer i have had bad experiences with this guy took him two months to send my goods i paid good money for next day delivery so he scammed me about 7 pounds
