What do I do with the dish elevation?

    Help!
I have got my perfectly vertical mount with a darkmotor attached, I have set the Latitude as per the instructions on the motor, but I am confused about the dish itself.
This also has an adjustment for when it is used as a fixed dish, what should I do with it?

once you have set your correct latitude on the motor tighten up as this will not need to be moved again.
the adjustment on the dish is used on both fixed & motorised setups to tune your target satellite in.What box do you have?

      I have a Spiderbox 5000SD.
The Motor has been set and tightened.
I am just unsure as to what angle to set the dish at.

its not quite that simple you will have to hunt for your target sat by putting both your long and lat into the set top box then using usals send the dish to your target sat and then move the whole motor/dish assembly L/R and the dish only up/down til you get max signal, but you must have an active TP set on the frequency line of the motor setup menu I"ll have a look and see if I can find a set up guide for spiderboxes .
