how do you install epg in vu+ solo

could somebody tell me the correct procedure for
installing the crossepg on my vu+ solo ,and is it better to install on a usb stick,havent got an external hard drive yet.

If you are using VIX image press menu then plugins then download plugins then download crossepg downloader.
