Is the cable for dish and cctv the same?

Hi, what type of cable does the dish use to connect to the decoder? Is it the same as the one use for home security cctv system?

Coz my home does not have a satellite wiring ready inside the wall but it got cctv wiring inside wall and since i never use cctv anyway could i use the cable for my dish?

The location is perfect coz i have all my cctv cable running to the hall where i place my tv set and one of the cable will run to the 3rd floor of my house at the back balcony where i dry my cloths in the hot sun where the cable is coming out from the roof. So instead of installing a camera there, i could install a dish instead. Its perfect!

Just need to check if the type of cable is the same, the header is not a problem i could replace it with the turn n screw in type as instead of the cctv twist n lock type. Most important is the cable.

I ask coz i never underestimate cable as they are many types for all soft of purpose and they are such things as impedance matching and so on, i dare not use the wrong type of cable.
