Morning All

Can anyone help i need to portfawrd my router but dont no how to its a ZyXEL NBG334W im gunna need a proper noobs guide step by step with imges aswell like were i need to go to open ports what i need to enter in them etc etc

you will need to visit portforward.com to learn how to set a static ip address on your pc and then to open a port on your router , so to learn how to set a static ip on your pc look here PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall
it may help to print off the instructions . now that your pc has been set a static ip address you need to go to the router list and find your router PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model
now you will see a big arrow saying portforward on it (look just below the portforward arrow on the left side of your screen and you will see router list ) click on it and you will be brought here

scroll down and find your router and click on it (lets say you chose netgear dg834g) you will see an advert and in the top right you will see (click here to skip this advertisement) click on it and you will be brought here

look down along the page and you will see a line of text saying (if you do not see the program you are forwarding ports for be sure to visit our default guide for this router ) the words default guide are highlighted click on them , you will be brought here

simply follow the instructions on the page ,again it may help if you print the page .if your router is not in the list you will have to look elsewhere for help such as via google , if your router type is in the list but not the model number its worth trying the nearest model number to yours as the instructions may be the same.
