    Excess wind affecting dish?

hi guys anyone noticing this wind really affecting there dishes? i usually get 96% on bbc hd and currently getting 40% on bbc hd plus lots of break ups obv due to the wind, i take it that after the wind has died down that its worth checking the dish alignment? is it sensible t park the dish at a certain sat????

    cheers

setup > satellite and transponder > rotor setup > press the next button and then go into direction and choose left or right on arrows on remote and store if it works and move back after the winds gone

Yes, but you'll most likely find that any of your weaker satellites are even worse now as the wind will have knocked your dish slightly off the arc, slight adjustments from the receiver will only make matters slightly worse in the long run, but it should get you the results you need for the time being.

Personally, I'd go out with a spanner and realign it properly and make the bolts nice and tight, but I can say that because my dish is on the ground.
