New White Sky Card

I was thinking of buying a second hand ex sub one from ebay, just for the free channels, e.g. Five, Fiver, Five USA and so on and sticking it in a TM600

My question is, the card will already have been paired to the original sky box and as it's an ex sub card will i need the original sky box serial to input in to the TM600 and will the card still need to have entitlements updated???

Also if I go down the route of buying a free-sat from sky card directly from sky, and then activating in my original sky SD box, will I still need the box serial and still need to update the entitlements???

Also if I get a free-sat from sky card directly from sky, and then activate it in a normal non HD sky digibox, will the HD channels clear and work in a DM800 HD box??? or will the free-sat from sky card need to be activated in an HD digibox???

This is the only reason I would go down the ebay route as I do not have an HD sky digibox if it is needed to activate the HD channels

as long as card is activated you will not need box key. it will work in almost anything, you only need box key for the higher teers like sports and movies and it will update in any sly box.
